À travers l’analyse de l’adoption par l’État d’une comptabilité d’entreprise, cet article dresse un tableau des transformations de l’État français au cours de la dernière décennie. En mettant en évidence de nouveaux circuits économico-financiers, il montre la nécessité de penser ensemble transformations de l’État et transformations du capitalisme.
Through the analysis of the adoption by the French State of a private-sector accounting system, this article maps the changes the French State has undergone over the last decade. By highlighting new economic and financial circuits, it shows the necessity of considering the transformations of the State together with the transformations of capitalism.
